Health, Safety and Fire Manager London/ Berkshire Permanent £55,000 – £60,000 Shirley Parsons are delighted to exclusively partner with a renowned property management organisation who are hiring a Health, Safety and Fire Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and work in iconic locations. The successful Health, Safety and Fire Manager will line manage a Health and Safety Advisor and report into a Head of. This position can be based in either London or Berkshire and will involve occasional travel to other locations. There is flexibility to work from home once a week. The Health, Safety and Fire Manager will be responsible for: Developing health and safety policies and procedures in line with legislation Managing, motivating and developing a Health and Safety Advisor Acting as Principal Designer on small to medium sized projects Supporting the Head of Health, Safety and Fire further develop a positive culture throughout the organisation The Health, Safety and Fire Manager will have: A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level qualification in Health and Safety; ideally CMIOSH Strong working knowledge of building and fire safety regulation Ideally held line management responsibilities previously The ability to work at a strategic level whilst retaining hands on responsibilities Vacancy Reference: PR/027958 Vacancy Owner: Nathan Thompson | 07725258687 | nathan.thompson@shirleyparsons.com
