Our client, a leading land and estate services company, is seeking an experienced Principal Surveyor to provide technical support and management across their business, including DNO Framework contracts and renewable projects throughout the UK.

Position Overview

The Principal Surveyor will work closely with the Senior Partner to provide technical expertise and management across various client portfolios, focusing on large connection projects, client relationship management, and mentoring junior Surveying team members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical management across client portfolios
  • Manage client relationships for large connection projects
  • Contribute to division business development targets
  • Mentor and guide junior Surveying team members
  • Offer technical guidance on land acquisition and planning
  • Advise on valuation and compensation matters

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification (required)
  • RICS Registered Valuer accreditation (desirable)
  • CAAV accreditation (desirable)
  • Strong technical and professional knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness
  • Experience in the renewable sector (desirable)
