Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CE Technical Architect to lead our clients Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions to meet our clients business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, CRM best practices, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions. Responsibilities: Design and architect high-quality Dynamics 365 CE solutions that align with business requirements. Lead the technical planning, implementation, and deployment of Dynamics 365 CE projects. Conduct system configuration, integration, and customization to support business processes. Ensure the use of best practices in data migration, system integration, and custom development. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Provide technical leadership to the development team, including guidance on best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting support. Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, updates, and best practices to recommend improvements to existing solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Manage the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CE projects, including risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting. Architect and develop Dynamics 365 CE solutions using a mix of C#, JavaScript, HTML, and .NET frameworks to enhance functionality and user experience. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE environments utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities and extending them through advanced development when necessary. Lead integration projects, connecting Dynamics 365 CE with other business systems using Azure services, and APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flows. Qualifications/Experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Dynamics 365 CE projects. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, including sales, customer service, marketing, and field service modules. Solid experience in Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including hands-on coding in C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with the .NET framework. Experience with Dynamics 365 CE customizations, configurations, and integrations. Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI). Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud services integration with Dynamics 365 CE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are highly desirable.
