Technical Records Administrator \\nLocation: London Gatwick Airport\\n Salary: £23-£25 per hour\\n Duration: 6-month contract\\n \\nShift Pattern: 5-5-4 shift pattern (07:00 – 19:00)\\n Start Date: ASAP\\n\\n Clearance: Gatwick Airside Pass required (support provided for application)\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Records Administrator with experience in maintenance management systems to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong aviation administration background to support airline operations and technical records compliance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.\\n\\nReview and process job cards, customer paperwork, and missing stamps.\\n\\nUpload data from AMOS to STREAM and liaise with Customer CAMOs.\\n\\nPerform audits on Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, Work Packs, and Engineering Documentation.\\n\\nCompile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.\\n\\nScan and electronically file documentation in line with procedures.\\n\\nWork closely with Production Planning and Technical Services teams during maintenance projects.\\n\\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an audit-ready records department.\\nKey Skills & Experience Required:\\n\\nPrevious experience in a Base Maintenance / Modifications Technical Records role.\\n\\nStrong proficiency in using AMOS and/or STREAM.\\n\\nA proactive, self-starting attitude with strong teamwork skills.\\n\\nAbility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.\\n\\nPrevious experience in a Part-145 MRO environment is highly desirable.\\nThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation environment, ensuring technical records compliance and contributing to operational efficiency.
