Salesforce Senior Consultant

Hybrid / 1-2 days a week onsite – (Oxford)

We’re looking for an experienced consultant to lead and deliver Salesforce projects with a focus on Service Cloud and CCaaS. (Contact Centres)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
• Develop clear, detailed user stories to guide development
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong expertise in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) implementations
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and technical understanding
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive results

You must have a proven background as a Salesforce Consultant.
