Sponsorship Sales Manager – £35,000.00-£55,000.00 dependent on experience, 5% Commission + Bonus – Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid) The Role Are you a skilled sales professional with a proven track record in sponsorship sales? Key Responsibilities: Selling sponsorship packages for international conferences and corporate memberships. Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through warm leads and outbound prospecting. Managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and account retention. Building and maintaining relationships with senior executives across leading global companies. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs. The Person We’re looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of sponsorship sales experience, preferably within conferences, memberships, or related industries. Can manage and grow accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Is adaptable and excited to work in a hybrid, flexible environment.
