About the Role
Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Creating and leading a high-performance partnerships management organisation that will deliver revenue objectives and support the wider business\’ growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to define the organisation\’s alliance strategy. Analyse market trends, identify potential partners, and assess the alignment of partner capabilities with the organization\’s goals.
- Hire, lead, develop, inspire and motivate your team to deliver against regional, global business and team objectives.
- Deploy resources into areas of best impact to execute on strategy.
Requirements
- Partner identification and relationship building: identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, complementary capabilities, and shared objectives.
- Negotiation and contract management: lead and coach direct reports through complex negotiations with potential partners.
- Internal communication: display excellent communication skills and ability to influence people across multiple disciplines.
