About the Role

Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. Creating and leading a high-performance partnerships management organisation that will deliver revenue objectives and support the wider business\’ growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
  2. Work closely with senior management to define the organisation\’s alliance strategy. Analyse market trends, identify potential partners, and assess the alignment of partner capabilities with the organization\’s goals.
  3. Hire, lead, develop, inspire and motivate your team to deliver against regional, global business and team objectives.
  4. Deploy resources into areas of best impact to execute on strategy.

Requirements

  1. Partner identification and relationship building: identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit, complementary capabilities, and shared objectives.
  2. Negotiation and contract management: lead and coach direct reports through complex negotiations with potential partners.
  3. Internal communication: display excellent communication skills and ability to influence people across multiple disciplines.
  4. Partner management: oversee the ongoing management of partnerships.
  5. Business development and revenue generation: work with partners to identify and pursue joint business opportunities.
  6. Relationship maintenance and expansion: continuously nurture and strengthen relationships with partners.
  7. Market research and analysis: stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
  8. Coaching and development: responsible for executing coaching framework and measuring growth.
