Integrity Education Solutions are supporting a dynamic and growing SEN education trust is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join the senior leadership team at its South London based school. The school provides exceptional education and personalised support for children and young people on the autism spectrum, combining tailored teaching with therapeutic interventions to prepare students for adulthood. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the school’s operational functions, including estates, catering, and administrative teams. * Oversee financial planning, budget management, and compliance with statutory and trust requirements. * Ensure operational excellence, including health and safety, data protection, and risk management. * Manage communications, marketing, and community engagement initiatives to enhance the school’s profile and opportunities. * Collaborate closely with trust-wide central services to deliver strategic objectives. Person Specification: * Proven experience in school finance management; a relevant financial qualification (e.g., AAT, CIMA) is desirable. * Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach. * Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities. * Experience in SEND education or understanding of SEND funding is advantageous. * Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
