Our client based in Coventry is an IT digital consulting company. They are a small close knit team which works a lot within the non-profit third sector and are justifiably proud of the massive social impact that their work has. They are currently seeking someone with an analytical mind and good attention to detail to join their team that researches, selects and implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for their charity clients. The role will focus primarily on: Interviewing and collaborating with client representatives Researching and analysing the clients current processes and practices Helping to design a solution within a CRM platform and related tools Data rationalisation and transformation CRM configuration Data migration Delivering training and producing help documentation for client
