Product Owner – Performance & Attribution Department: Product – Analytics Employment Type: Permanent – Full Time Location: United Kingdom Description Location – Remote London or UK (other locations in EMEA or South Africa considered). About the role Working closely with the Confluence Analytics Product Managers & Product Owners, this role will be fundamental in Agile delivery of Confluence’s best in class performance and attribution analytics, including: Multi-asset class calculation and analysis of performance, contribution and attribution with advanced data controls, flexible benchmark and classifications management and reporting. Top-down single level and multi-level attribution models to security level, with advanced currency overlay and bottom-up attribution (geometric and arithmetic). Total and security level transaction-based performance, including true time-weighted, modified Dietz, IRR, private asset ratios etc. Macro attribution and factor-based attribution. Performance Product Owner will be an integral part of an Agile Scrum team delivering on the solution suite above and will act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams. You will have a good deal of autonomy, and the ability to make a difference and do things better. More about the role & team This position requires constant communication across the firm and with external clients and partners to collect feedback and validate product requirements. You may be required to work some US hours, due to the global nature of the team. Overall, this multifaceted role requires someone who excels in a dynamic environment, is creative and a problem solver, and is a team player with exceptional communication and attention to details. What skills and experience do I need to succeed? You will need relevant performance and attribution analytics background with real world experience. Hands on expertise with Confluence Revolution suite or similar products is a strong bonus. You will need a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Agile product ownership or performance professional services/analysis role coupled with Agile product owner education. A strong understanding of end-to-end processes with ability to multi-task. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as be fluent in English to confidently discuss technical matters (another European language is a plus).
