With bases in London and New York, this friendly brand language consultancy specialises in tone of voice, writing, naming, content and training for some of the biggest companies in the world.

Now they are looking for an unflappable, problem-solving Project Manager to join their thriving, 30-strong team.

This role is mainly remote with weekly or fortnightly catch-ups in Central London.

The Midweight Project Manager role

Fast-paced and flourishing, this smart, successful agency is looking for a new Project Manager to come in and knock its top-tier clients’ socks off with their adaptability and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has…

• At least two years’ experience – ideally agency side but it’s not vital
• A mix of left and right brain and gets equally aroused by a data-laden Excel doc and a wordy creative brief
• A blend of critical thinking and a practical doing – game for any task
• Epic communication skills – clear, concise writing and speaking whoever the audience
• Insatiable curiosity with a knack for asking the right questions (and listening to the answers)
• Hawk-like anticipation and a sixth sense for where the next challenge is coming from

• Working with Fortune 500 businesses and some of the biggest brands in the UK and overseas
• Managing projects from start to finish, writing scopes of work, creating timelines and working to make these happen on time
• Creating efficiencies wherever you spot them
• Keeping track of financials
• Supercharging the agency’s reputation for quality of service and top-notch creative work
• Mentoring more junior team members and nurturing your aptitude for leadership
• And finally… being a supportive and proactive member of the team

Work from home policy

This role is mainly remote with occasional (weekly / fortnightly) catch-ups with the team at a WeWork space in Central London.

There is also the flexibility to work from wherever you choose in the world for up to one month per year.

Salary and benefits

To £38k pro rata, plus generous holiday and a realistic opportunity for promotion to Senior Project Manager within the next 12 months.
