Job Description:
JCS is partnered with a well-known Tax Consultancy that is looking for a Non-Contentious Commercial Lawyer with extensive experience in contract management for a 12-month FTC. Due to the client’s needs, experience at a Top 10 law firm or FTSE company is essential. Ideally, candidates should be available at short notice or immediately and possess upwards of 3 years PQE.
Successful candidates should have strong commercial backgrounds with experience in advising on:
- Terms and conditions
- Confidentiality agreements
- Supply of services and goods
- Agency and distribution agreements
- Technology and IT contracts
- Collaboration agreements
- Outsourcing agreements
- Licence agreements
In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a solicitor from England and Wales
- 3+ PQE in handling a full range of commercial matters for clients within the Financial Services or financial consultancies
- A strong background working with Top Law Firms or Blue-Chip In-House companies.
- Experience at a Top 25 law firm or FTSE company
