We’re seeking an IT Support Analyst who can join us on this journey, using his or her technological skills to make us more efficient. In this role, you will provide hardware & software assistance and 1st line IT support to our users and provide training. From day one, you’ll have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our IT operations, and an ongoing impact on our overall support and growth.
Responsibilities:
- To provide 1st line IT Support to all employees across multiple company sites.
- Solving Support Tickets.
- Resolving Printer and Connectivity issues.
- Cable patching, cable management etc.
- Maintaining cabling and keeping Server Rooms tidy.
- To support other IT staff members to ensure all IT documentation is up to date.
- Managing spare parts and consumables.
- Resolving business systems issues.
- Working on Project deliverables.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Proven helpdesk experience.
- Broad knowledge and experience in Printers, Networking, Switches, Wi-Fi.
- Excellent Skills in Mac OS, iOS, Windows Platforms, Microsoft Office for Mac.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
