A leading global law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with 1 to 4 years’ post-qualification experience to join its London office. The firm’s Real Estate Finance practice is highly ranked in both UK and international directories, offering exposure to a premium client base and complex, high-value transactions.The successful candidate will join a dynamic team renowned for advising top-tier clients on a wide range of real estate finance matters. The role involves guiding clients through investment, development, and structured finance transactions across offices, retail, residential, leisure, and industrial property sectors. A key part of the role is acting for lenders on the origination of senior and junior debt, navigating multi-layered intercreditor arrangements and designing alternative syndication strategies.Our client is particularly interested in candidates who are qualified in England & Wales or other commonwealth jurisdictions, with training from a top City or major international law firm.
