EggChaser, is a professional rugby group. Owning a number of entities including a number of elite/professional rugby teams and running the world’s largest elite rugby sevens academy.

We are looking for am ambitious individual to join us as Rugby 7s Performance Head Coach – playing a key role in the coaching delivery of our International, Elite & Development 7s programmes.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Academy on the delivery of coaching for our Academy programmes, whilst also playing a key role in the coaching & squad management of our elite sides.

Example roles & responsibilities include:

– Leading the coaching provision for Masterclasses, Trials and Academy training sessions as directed

– Leading the squad management of Academy sides at selected events

– Taking a lead role with the Academy for selected International events

– Plan, execute and lead coaching groups throughout various coaching programmes

– Lead/Assist on recruitment and retention of elite athletes

– Lead Coach of selected Academy regions (North East, North West, Yorkshire, Midlands North)

You must have:

– The right to work in the UK

– A valid UK drivers license

– Access to our own vehicle (shared access to an EggChaser vehicle will be available on certain events)

– A professional, ambitious attitude

– Good communication skills

– A DBS/Hold the ability to gain one

The role would predominately be based at the EggChaser Offices in Wrexham/Yorkshire, however given the nature of the role you would realistically be focused at training/tournament sites.

Role Type: Full-Time (Weekend and Evening work the norm)

Remuneration: 32-36k per annum plus benefits (Including bonus)
