Ecommerce Lead

We are currently looking to recruit an Ecommerce Lead for a well-known business.

You will manage the day-to-day trading and be responsible for the ecommerce and digital function. The business operates in both B2B and B2C sectors and you will manage the product and content, developing the user experience, continuously improving conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Testing new methods and features to personalize the customer experience.
2. Working with third-party agencies to manage website development projects.
3. Overseeing CRO, PPC, SEO, Social Media, acquisition and retention, affiliate marketing, and website management.

To be considered for this role, you will have a wide knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce. Experience with Shopify will be a significant advantage.
