About the Role
We seek a skilled Finance Systems Manager to lead the evolution, optimization, and automation of our financial processes based on Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations. The role involves technical expertise, understanding financial processes, system alignment with business needs, staff training, and working closely with our global IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate current financial systems and processes for improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and IT to design and implement system enhancements.
- Maintain and develop financial systems, processes, controls, and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure systems meet compliance, reporting, and operational needs.
- Lead testing, validation, and upgrades of financial modules.
- Maintain master data integrity and user access controls.
- Act as liaison between finance, IT, vendors, and other departments.
- Develop and support financial reports for analysis.
- Manage change requests with minimal business disruption.
- Develop training programs for end-users.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Drive automation and improve finance reporting processes.
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support statutory and management reporting.
- Maintain finance architecture roadmap and data flow documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting, and budgeting.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced IT skills (D365, Microsoft Office, Power BI).
- Experience with large ERP systems, especially D365.
- Experience transforming finance processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
