Loungers PLC are excited to announce a fresh, new and exciting restaurant concept for roadside diners... Brightside! We are now looking for a confident, passionate and genuine Assistant Manager to help lead our team as they take on this superb new restaurant opening.
You will currently be an experienced Assistant Manager or Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career. As a friendly face for our team and our guests, you'll anticipate, organise and make good things happen, trusting in your own ability to ensure service is running smoothly and that the team is supported. As an Assistant Manager you will be helping the General Manager maintain our high standards, never settling for second best and making sure that everyone leaves your restaurant happy.
