Single site in Knutsford Strong salary plus Shift Allowance Continental Shift Pattern (Days and Nights) Excellent training available Here at ISS, as a premier Facilities Management provider, we are looking to boost our site dedicated shift team by recruiting an Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance across our client’s prestigious, blue chip site just outside of Knutsford. The customer are in corporate banking and this site is a campus style set up, consisting of multiple critical corporate buildings set against leafy Cheshire countryside. The M&E systems in place are numerous and complex and so this site is a great environment for a developing engineer to become accustomed to critical facilities Working with the Shift Lead and 2 other Engineers you will receive and close off maintenance jobs, escort sub contractors and engage in training This is a fantastic role for a developing Electrical Engineer working for a leading employer on a showpiece site for a world renowned client Actions will include: To work in partnership with the campus facilities team in delivering for Barclays a best in class workplace environment.To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated systems. Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements and Safe systems of work SSOW To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records and update documentation as directed. To respond in a prompt and effective manner to all Engineering related reactive maintenance issues and help desk requests.To co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client. To co-ordinate and manage visiting specialist sub-contractors associated with scheduled PPM or reactive call out.Fault finding and diagnosis associated with the PPM or Reactive maintenance of the site.
