This premier US and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their thriving and market leading Competition team in London. Their top-level practice focusses particularly on antitrust, including UK and EU merger control, Article 101/Chapter 1 cases (e.g. cartel investigations), abuse of dominance (Article 102/Chapter 2) and competition litigation. Led by six pre-eminent Competition law partners, their practice is involved in many of the most significant merger and behavioural matters before the CMA and European Commission, as well as major competition litigation including before the CAT/High Court. Top-level technology sector expertise is a defining characteristic of the practice group, which has an impressive track record in advising some of the world’s leading tech companies on critical transactions, and with this sector strength also extending to the related fields of media, entertainment, telecoms, pharma and
