Interim Senior Housing Asset Consultant

James Stevens Associates are delighted to be working with a London based Housing Association that are looking for a Senior Interim professional to help develop their Asset Management Strategy.\\n\\n * North London\\n\\n * Hybrid / Flexible working\\n\\n * 3 days per week\\n\\n * 6 month initial contract to scope/with potential 18 months to implement\\n\\n * £500 – £700 a day+\\n\\n * Daily Rate flexible for right experience\\n\\n * Outside of IR35 / LTD Company Contractors are acceptable\\n\\n * Vast experience with Development & Disposals are highly desirable\\n\\n * ASAP to March start preferred\\n\\nThe organisation are in an excellent place with stock condition data and now need someone to help scope their asset strategy moving forward.\\n\\nReporting directly into the CEO this is a VITAL role for the organisation and will be key in ensuring their future is secure for years to come
