Senior IT Support Analyst – 0365, Windows, DMS
A well-established UK law firm is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to enhance its current IT support team. This team consists of three IT Support Analysts and three Senior IT Support Analysts. The firm values exceptional customer service skills and seeks a proactive individual who can contribute to the smooth operation of IT services.
The Senior IT Support Analyst will play a crucial role in both BAU and project-based activities as well as serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues within the European regional offices, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution. This position is based in the firm\’s central London office, offering a hybrid working arrangement with up to two days of remote work per week.
Key experience required:
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment (legal sector preferred)
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office support, ideally alongside a DMS such as iManage, NetDocs, OpenText, or eDocs
- At least five years of technical experience in an IT support role within a law firm or professional services company
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM
- Ideally you will have experience with legal IT applications
- Familiarity with remote working technologies, including Cisco VPN, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and DUO two-factor authentication
- Proficiency in video conferencing solutions, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proven ability to lead IT projects and service improvements
