Head of Practice – Technology Partner

I am currently recruiting for a Head of Practice on behalf of my successful consultancy client based in London. This role will suit a technical consultant with a mix of strong commercial acumen and proposing complex technology solutions through to delivery.

In this role you will be the Head of Practice for Technology, consulting with clients to deliver solutions ranging across IT Architecture, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, and Automation. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver technical solutions, with a strong mix of commercial experience and a proven ability in contributing to securing projects and consultancy agreements.

The ideal candidate must come from a consultancy background, and have experience securing projects, as well as delivering technical solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Grow the individual sub capabilities within the UK
  • Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, demonstrating the ability to secure projects and deliver technical solutions.
  • Drive the growth of the UK Technology practice, leading a team of technology consultants
  • Identify opportunities to deliver exciting client work, these could be high-profile engagements across all sectors including major clients in Financial Services, Public Sector and Retail.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary – £180K (DOE)
  • Generous Annual Bonus
  • Remote/Hybrid Working – Ability to travel to London as required
