Broker Support

Our client, a specialist Lloyd’s broker focused exclusively on Cyber insurance, is seeking a Broker Support to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that is passionate about Cyber insurance, delivering tailored solutions with precision, care, and meticulous attention to detail.

Duties will include:

1. Production of MRC slips and endorsements.
2. Processing of MRC slips.
3. Creation of LPANS and submissions to the bureau.
4. Premium processing.
5. Submission of Closings.
6. Handling Velonetic (Xchanging) functions.
7. Use of Whitespace or PPL.

Essential Skills & Experience:

1. Strong understanding of the London market and Lloyd’s processes.
2. 1 year+ Experience in technical administration within a broking environment (Cyber insurance experience is desirable).
3. Familiarity with key industry platforms such as Whitespace or PPL.

What You Need to Know:

1. Permanent position.
2. Salary up to £40,000 (Highly dependent on experience).
