This role will join a high-performing legal team and support on a range of commercial matters for the UK. You will sit in a team of 7 and will not have direct management responsibility.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, delivering expert legal input directly to senior stakeholders.
- Lead high-level legal projects, offering strategic guidance to senior leadership and executive teams across the market.
- Provide legal advice on complex commercial matters, supporting various business functions and engaging external counsel when needed, while fostering strong internal relationships across local, regional, and global teams.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, monitor legal developments, and manage consumer-related claims to ensure product and business alignment with applicable laws.
- Support general legal matters such as packaging, marketing, and market research, while also advising on areas like competition, IT, property, advertising, and health and safety.
- UK qualified solicitor, 6 PQE as a guideline.
