Are you passionate about supporting individuals with profound physical and learning disabilities? Do you want to be part of a dedicated team that is committed to improving the lives of adults within their home? We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team in York.

  • Provide person-centred care, supporting individuals with their daily activities, personal care, communication, and social needs.
  • Support individuals with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
  • Encourage independence and help them achieve their personal goals.
