About the Company - My client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a HR Advisor to support their head office functions based in Hertfordshire. The People Advisor will support the Chief People Officer with strategic initiatives while overseeing critical day-to-day HR functions.
About the Role - The HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees for HR-related inquiries. They will provide advice to managers on workforce planning, team dynamics, and performance goals. Responsibilities also include overseeing accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems, providing research, analysis, and project management support for key people initiatives, and analysing recruitment patterns and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees for HR-related inquiries.
- Provide advice to managers on workforce planning, team dynamics, and performance goals.
- Oversee accurate maintenance of employee records and HR systems.
