Head Waiter

• Oversee daily operations of the award winning restaurant, ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all guests.

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure efficient service and coordination.

• Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests with precision and courtesy.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and special offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests.

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.

• Contribute to creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

• Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a fine dining or Michelin Star restaurant.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• In-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining etiquette.
