Business Development & Account Manager (CCaaS/UCaaS Solutions) Hybrid based near Guildford, to £45K + £6K Car & Commission (£40K OTE, uncapped) Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for cloud communication and collaboration solutions? Do you have a proven track record of managing complex sales processes, engaging with senior stakeholders, winning and then managing new clients? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re working with a well-established, privately owned Contact Centre Solutions and Digital Transformation specialist who are helping businesses revolutionize the way they engage with customers. As a result of continued growth we are looking for a driven, motivated, and proactive Account Manager to help expand their presence in the rapidly growing CCaaS/UCaaS market. With a strong focus on selling solutions such as Zoom, 8×8, Five9, Mitel, and Microsoft, you’ll be at the forefront of innovative communication technology in an environment where you’ll be given all the support you need in order to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive the sales process for complex CCaaS/UCaaS solutions. Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, navigating through long sales cycles. Acquire new clients (logos) with Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500k+. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and driving them to closure. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years of experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions. Proven success in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes. A highly motivated, driven, and proactive character with the ability to thrive in a competitive market. Experience with solutions like Zoom, 8×8, Five9, Mitel, Microsoft is preferred. Ability to commute to Guildford at least once per week. Why Join?
