Reed Practice are thrilled to be working with a firm in Hatfield who are looking for a Partner to join the business.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and oversee a diverse client portfolio, providing financial reporting and management services.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aiding them in reaching their financial objectives and enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Direct and advise on tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring clients understand their responsibilities and potential advantages.
- Collaborate with fellow Partners to devise and execute strategies for growth.
- Educate, mentor, and develop team members across all levels, from trainees to mid-level managers, cultivating an environment of ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Opportunities to engage with a varied client base across multiple sectors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA or ACCA,
- Comprehensive experience in general practice
- Demonstrated ability to grow, develop and maintain client relationships.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of motivating and leading a team.
