About the Opportunity

We are recruiting Regional Sales Leaders to build remote sales teams across the world and close sales faster. You need to have sales experience including a deep understanding of:

  • B2B Sales Process for low-priced high-volume sales.
  • Experienced in social selling especially using LinkedIn.
  • Recruiting and managing a regional sales team.

Our Needs

  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent persuasion skills.
  • Experienced in the sales lifecycle (must).
  • Access to tech startups (preferred).
  • Self-learner with the ability to execute tasks without supervision.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Activities

Working with our CEO and the sales team, your Volunteer role will include but not be limited to:

  • Building the sales team with the help of our HR Team.
  • Motivating and coaching the Sales Volunteers.
  • Qualification of leads on HubSpot.
  • Nurturing leads.
  • Demonstrating our product and service.
  • Converting leads to sales.
  • Post-sales support including handing over to the support team.

If you have never led a Business Development and Sales team before, this is your opportunity to gain experience and skills. If you had no exposure to the exciting and chaotic tech startup world, this is an ideal opportunity to experience it.
