Service Care Solutions are currently looking for an administrative assistant on behalf of Monmouthshire Council. This position is based within the children's services and will be based from the office in Usk. This is a temporary position for 29.5 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) and once training has been completed there will be the option for hybrid working. The role is initially on a temporary contract for 6 months with a pay rate of £15.66ph.
In this role the successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the team. Some of the duties that you can expect in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Organising and management of files
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Monitoring of budgets and payment of invoices
- Reception duties as and when required
- Answering telephone and email correspondence
