We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Operatives to become a key part of a growing business that values timely, professional service.
Hours: Rotational shifts - 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00. Changing Weekly. Saturday 06:00 - 14:00 overtime options
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, weekly bonus when targets are hit
Location: Swindon, SN5
Main Duties:
- General production duties
- Working independently to demanding timescales
- Follow instructions set to you by your line/shift manager
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation
- Able to operate factory machinery
- Ensure appropriate PPE is worn at all times as per the Standard Operating Procedure requirements
- Provide assistance to other operators where required
- Maintain work area in a clean, organised and safe manner
- Reach targets that have been set out by your line manager for each day
Essential Skills:
- Be physically fit as demanding role with heavy lifting involved
- Flexible approach to working methods

- Good hand/eye coordination
- Good time management with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
