Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on all aspects of data protection, privacy laws, and compliance (including GDPR). Drafting and negotiating data processing agreements, privacy notices, and other related documentation. Assisting clients with data breach management, reporting, and investigations. Advise on complex Subject Access Requests (SARs) and other data subject requests. Support clients in responding to and resolving personal data breaches, including liaising with the ICO. Conduct data protection gap analyses and support the implementation of compliance plans. Keeping up to date with regulatory developments in data protection law.
