Our client is an award-winning, boutique IFA firm based in Crawley, West Sussex. Over the past 30 years, the company has grown to become one of the region's most respected Independent Financial Advisory businesses. The firm prides itself on putting the client's interests first whilst ensuring a thriving working environment for its employees.
The business is currently looking to increase headcount within its Financial Advice team. Currently 8-strong, the company is keen to hire at least one Independent Financial Advisor as the firm continues to grow year-on-year.
Our client requires an experienced Independent Financial Advisor who can convert strong leads into clients and generally develop new business. The geographical area the Independent Financial Advisor would cover would be mainly parts of Surrey and West Sussex. The firm regularly generates strong leads from various marketing initiatives and presentations made to companies across this region and is keen to maximise the opportunity.
Apart from generating new business and converting leads, the Independent Financial Advisor would also be expected to help clients reach their goals through holistic planning and advice. Strong knowledge of Inheritance Tax Planning, Pensions, Investments and Equity Release would be preferred. A pool of clients, as well as leads, will be provided by the firm. The Independent Financial Advisor position allows for hybrid working.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' experience as an Adviser.
- Level 4 qualification or higher.
- Strong background in developing new business and converting leads.
- Live a commutable distance from Crawley, West Sussex.
