Accounts Payable Assistant Rainham, Essex £30k per annum Temp to Perm / Full Time (you will need to be available to start immediately) You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle Monday to Friday (5 days on-site during probation and then the role moves to a Hybrid model) Our client, located near the Rainham area of Essex, is on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their busy finance team on a temp to perm basis. The successful applicant will have experience as an Accounts Assistant previously and will want to progress their financial career further, with the desire to study and learn. Duties and Responsibilities: Invoice processing Weekly UK Payments Timely resolution Monthly balance sheet controls reconciliation Internal liasion with PO Raisers and Managers Month-end Reporting Supplier Statement Reconciliation Any other adhoc tasks as requiredYour Background & Skill: Experience within a similar finance role is essential. You will have to desire to study and want to improve your financial qualifications. Good MS Office Skills (including Excel). Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car. Experience of using an accounting package. You will have the ability to prioritise your workload. Strong communication skills
