ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Palm Court Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to:
β adopt a strategic approach in achieving business results
β lead and drive the daily operations of the restaurant
β take ownership of the profitability of the restaurant
β develop and deliver on-target KPI results
β demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
β maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment and outlet market trends, through competitor site visits, trade media/forums and appropriate press reviews
β recruit, retain, lead, develop and inspire the restaurant team in delivering excellent service and build guest loyalty
β work collaboratively with management colleagues to further the overall business objectives of the hotel

β similar high end experience in a luxury 5* environment
β passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
β strong financial acumen
β motivating skills, creating a strong teamwork ethic
β a passion in ensuring a delightful experience for clients and guests alike
β great charisma, personality and presence
β confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
β excellent communication skills and very good level of English
