ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Palm Court Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to:
● adopt a strategic approach in achieving business results
● lead and drive the daily operations of the restaurant
● take ownership of the profitability of the restaurant
● develop and deliver on-target KPI results
● demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
● maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive environment and outlet market trends, through competitor site visits, trade media/forums and appropriate press reviews
● recruit, retain, lead, develop and inspire the restaurant team in delivering excellent service and build guest loyalty
● work collaboratively with management colleagues to further the overall business objectives of the hotel

● similar high end experience in a luxury 5* environment
● passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
● strong financial acumen
