Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial oversight and profitability optimisation across the EMEA region, managing P&L and driving revenue growth
  • Strategic alignment of sell-in targets with global goals, working with the leadership team to drive sales performance
  • Reporting and analysis of retail performance, flagging issues and proposing remedial actions
  • Ownership of KPIs, budgeting, and leadership reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial transparency
  • Driving account and business development, strengthening partnerships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Forecasting and demand planning management, allowing for growth and distribution changes
  • Contract negotiation and relationship management, securing agreements and ensuring smooth supplier and customer operations
  • Team leadership, promoting cross-functional collaboration that delivers success
