As a Service Manager based at our RES office in Yeovil, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising the field operations team across installation, commissioning and service work.
- Coordinating scheduling and resource allocation, managing site escalations, and driving the implementation of new processes and workflows.
- Ensuring all field activities comply with MCS standards, safety regulations and quality protocols.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from both customers and internal teams.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Strong technical background in renewable technologies (air source heat pumps and/or solar PV)
- Confident in providing front-line technical support over the phone or via remote tools
- A good understanding of the MCS certification process and its requirements.
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity—whether formally or informally—demonstrating the ability to guide and support a team.
