Deverellsmith are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our clients team. They are a highly successful and well established Residential Developer who are passionate about quality and customer service.
The role is will involve visiting properties across London carrying out remedial works so you must be experienced across, joinery, hanging and refitting doors, painting and decorating, mastic, patch plastering and tiling., The Maintenance Manager will be comfortable in dealing with contractors and personnel at all levels. Reliable, tolerant, and determined. We are looking for an empathic communicator, with a broad skill base.
You will be a self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and personal pride in delivering quality work, keen to go the extra mile to support the business. The personality of the maintenance manager is essential in this role as they will be dealing with a broad range of customers who have very high expectations.
