CNC Operator Job Overview Were looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator / Programmer / Setter to join our team. Youll be working with Fanuc-controlled machines, manufacturing high-precision, low-volume components. Experience with large components and steel/stainless steel machining is beneficial. CADCAM training available for the right candidate. Salary -£23,451 – £38,000 Main Duties Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes Work from engineering drawings to produce accurate components Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and optimise processes Collaborate with engineers to improve production efficiency Maintain production records (machine settings, program adjustments) Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations What We\’re Looking For Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Programmer Ability to read and interpret technical drawings G-code programming essential (CADCAM experience beneficial training available) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with large component machining is a plus Milling experience useful but not essential Working Hours Monday Thursday: 08:00 17:30 Friday: 08:00 14:00 Benefits Early finish Friday No shift work Modern factory Flexible holiday dates with prior approval Apply now by uploading a copy of your CV Skills: CNC Operator CNC Programmer CNC lathe operator Benefits: UK VISA SPONSORSHIP POSSIBLE
