Secondary - Maths Teacher

• Salary Range: £140 – £220 per day
• Location: Tower Hamlets, London
• Job Type: Part-time, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday)
• Start Date: 24/02/2025

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our educational team in Tower Hamlets. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic educator who is committed to inspiring students and enhancing their mathematical skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and informative maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic growth.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maths Teacher.
• Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage students, fostering an environment of active learning.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
