The role:
As an Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role, driving projects, delivering technical expertise, and mentoring junior team members. You will be responsible for:

• Managing and delivering flood risk and drainage strategies

• Providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders

• Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting planning applications

• Leading business development and contributing to company growth
