Fabric Engineer | Large Static Site | West London Are you a proactive maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping a building running smoothly? We are looking for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join the onsite facilities team at a prestigious, large-scale static site in West London. The Essentials Salary: Β£36,000 per annum overtime Hours: Monday β Friday, 08:00 β 17:00 Location: West London (Static Site) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Your Day-to-Day You will be the \βgo-to\β person for all building fabric requirements. This is a hands-on role covering a variety of reactive tasks and planned preventative maintenance (PPM). Your responsibilities will include: Carpentry & Ironmongery: Adjusting door closures, fixing locks, and hanging doors. General Repairs: Replacing damaged ceiling tiles and flooring. Decoration: Patch plastering and touch-up painting to keep the site looking its best. Reactive Tasks: Responding quickly to various \βhandyman\β requests from the client. Health & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with site safety regulations. What We\βre Looking For Experience: Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer or Handyperson in a commercial environment (hospitals, universities, or large corporate offices).
