We have an excellent job opportunity for you.Role Title: Lead UI Developer with GenAI ExperienceLocation: Glasgow/HybridDuration: 30/06/2026Rate: £447/Day(Inside IR35)Role Description:Lead UI Developer with GenAI ExperienceWe are seeking a seasoned Lead UI Developer with over 12 years of experience in software development, specializing in ReactJS, frontend architecture, and Generative AI integration.The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of architectural principles, design patterns, and hands-on experience building scalable applications. Familiarity with Angular, Next.js, Node.js-based APIs, and GenAI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus.This role demands a deep understanding of application compatibility, security, and API integration within modern cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable UI applications.• Architect and implement GenAI-powered features such as intelligent assistants, content generation, and adaptive UI components.• Evaluate and apply architectural standards and design patterns for frontend and GenAI-enhanced solutions.• Develop high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS; Angular experience is a bonus.• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate Next.js or Node.js-based APIs and GenAI endpoints.• Ensure application compatibility across browsers and devices.• Implement security best practices in frontend and GenAI data handling.• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.• Work closely with DevOps and cloud teams to deploy and manage applications on AWS, including GenAI model hosting and orchestration.Required Qualifications:• 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on frontend technologies.• Proven expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.• Solid understanding of architectural principles and design patterns.• Experience with API integration, especially using Next.js or Node.js.• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI models into frontend applications (e.g., chatbots, summarization tools, recommendation engines).• Knowledge of application compatibility, security, and performance optimization.• Familiarity with AWS services related to frontend deployment and GenAI model hosting (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock).Preferred Skills:• Experience with Angular and hybrid frontend architectures.• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native development practices.• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI SDK).• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.• AWS certification or equivalent cloud experience is a plus.?
