We are currently looking for an ADT driver to join HS2 project in Brackley, Northamptonshire. About The Role – Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of an ADT driver. – Experience in the safe operating on ‘Dump Trucks’ A reasonable level of work experience must have been undertaken to determine operating experience prior to starting assignment. – Knowledge of the safe operation of ADT’s including layout and operation of the controls, stability limits, daily checks, and how to do them safely. – Highly Safety conscious. – Tarmacking experience needed Minimum Competencies Required: CPCS Red or Blue Card (min. 1 year experience required) OR NPORS Competent Operator or Trained Operative Card Working hours: Mon – Fri 07:30 – 17:30; Monday – Friday, full time (1 hour break each day) Rates: £16.15 ph PAYE for the first 39 hours, then £24.23 ph PAYE for the rest of 11 hours (+ 30 days paid holiday and pension scheme available) Weekends overtime rate: Saturdays – First 4
hours at time and a half thereafter double rate applies Sundays – Double rate. Daily Travel allowance paid per mile for canididate located for more then 9 miles from the place of work OR Lodge allowance £41.66ph per shift for candidates located over 50 miles.
