Job Overview:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant – GRC, you will be the bridge between our sales team, clients, and the technical solutions we offer. You will use your expertise in GRC solutions to support the sales process, working closely with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can drive value for their business. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for technology and GRC to take on a key role in our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their GRC needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our GRC solutions through product demonstrations, presentations, and POCs (Proof of Concepts).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and solution demos to C-level executives, compliance teams, and risk managers.
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment between customer needs and solution capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies to effectively position our GRC solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis, identifying and addressing key business drivers and challenges.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer insights and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, best practices, and tools.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, ideally within the GRC or cybersecurity space.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Experience conducting product demos and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) and risk management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain the functionality of GRC software solutions.
- Experience with industry-leading GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in relevant GRC frameworks or platforms (e.g., ISO 27001, Risk Management, GRC certification).
- Experience in solution selling and managing pre-sales cycles in a B2B environment.
