Marketing Executive

• Marketing campaign development and planning.

• Market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Social media content planning, creation and scheduling

• Email content planning, creation, execution and scheduling

• Coordinate PPC campaigns, alongside an agency

• Monitor marketing activity, build and present reports

• Copywriting for all marketing & PR communications

• Supporting with website maintenance

• Coordinating PR activity

• Evaluate and review the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activity

• Assisting with set up and running of pop-up shops, events and festivals

• Host regular meetings to share marketing updates with internal teams

• Any other reasonable request

• Experience working in a similar marketing role for at least three years

• Experience in delivery of marketing campaigns focused on growth and ROI

• Confidence in understanding campaign performance data and communicating results and optimisations to a wide variety of stakeholders

• Knowledge across a range of marketing channels – including design, social media, other digital channels, print and out of home

• Design/editing skills (including knowledge of Adobe, CapCut and Canva)

• Content creation skills (including photography & videography)

• Proficiency in SEO, Google analytics and other analytics tools

• Strong attention to detail (for proof reading and data reporting reports)

• Excellent time and project management skills with an ability to juggle a range of different tasks and priorities

• Experience of managing digital communication channels including websites, email service providers, organic and paid social media channels

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities to drive revenue

• A full UK driving license and/or access to transport
