Curated is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growing InsurTech business that’s reimagining the future of insurance and looking for a Director of Product to help lead the charge. Based in Bermuda, one of the world’s most important global insurance hubs, this business aims to modernise a traditionally slow-moving, manual industry through the adoption of cutting-edge technology, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning to build smarter, more efficient solutions for the sector.
This Director of Product will join the senior leadership team at a pivotal time, playing a key role in shaping the product vision and scaling the product function across the organisation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to bring clarity, structure, and strategic focus to a high-growth environment.
The team is looking for someone from outside the insurance industry, who can bring a fresh perspective, challenge established thinking, and lead with curiosity, creativity, and commercial instinct. This role is based full-time in Bermuda and offers a comprehensive relocation package for the right individual and their family or dependants.
