Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding Medical Devices organisation in their search for a Head of Sales to become part of their strong Commercial team.

Head of Sales – Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce the company\’s sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company\’s activities beyond its current scope
  • Lead and expand the company\’s sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals
  • Implement global sales strategies that align with the company\’s objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team
  • Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team
  • Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals
  • Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions

Head of Sales – Requirements:

  • A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science
  • Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
